Ingredients
250g cream cheese, at room temperature
60g unsalted butter, at room temperature
260g icing sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add half of the icing sugar and beat until combined. Mix in the vanilla then add in the remaining icing sugar beating until light and fluffy.
Taste test, and add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
